These are the best toothbrush heads I've ever used. They work perfectly on my quite old sonicare toothbrush and feel fantastic on my teeth and gums. The perfect balance of of firm but comfortable, and slightly larger than standard so my mouth feels more clean than before.
I honestly wish I'd switched ages ago.

Took longer than estimated for the order to arrive (a week late). Wrote to customer services a number of times but didn't receive a reply. Happy with the product but the company's customer services could do with some improvement.

The item is high quality and I am very happy with the product itself. Love love love. It fits my Phillips sonicare perfectly. However I had no idea when it shipped or when it would arrive. And I reached out to the seller asking since Etsy prompted me to add a review and I thought I hadn't received the order yet. Went and checked and it just popped up in the mail today. So I'm assuming that with certain sellers if you get a notification to post a review this could be an indication that your order has been delivered…. My current conclusion at this moment. It took about 2 weeks from time of order to delivery. Just FYI. Either way. Happy with the product overall. Now I know to order ahead of time.
